Horizon Technologies, LLC is a defunct Arizona company that is responsible for sales and marketing of the Millennium Plus aftermarket vehicle tracking system. In 2005, the company was featured on the Discovery Channel show ''It Takes a Thief''. In 2007, Horizon Technologies was mentioned on forbesautos.com 〔 〕 Horizon Technologies closed its doors in late February 2009, with no notice, leaving hundreds of independent sales representatives that paid the company thousands of dollars each for web sites and ongoing support without the sites or support. Millennium Plus was an aftermarket vehicle tracking system that allows vehicles to be tracked with a computer and a web browser. In 2006, it was featured on the Discovery Channel show It Takes a Thief. In 2007, the product was mentioned on forbesautos.com 〔 〕 Millennium Plus units can be installed in commercial trucks, cars, construction vehicles, and motorcycles.
